David Aretz is an experienced figure skating coach based in Central Florida with over 35 years of expertise. Since 2018, he has been a key figure in the local figure skating scene, specializing in various aspects of the sport, including pairs, singles, skating skills, ice dance, power skating, and off-ice training. David's influence extends beyond Central Florida, with prior affiliations at renowned skating centers like Palm Beach Skate Zone, Ice Factory in Kissimmee, and the Scott Rukow Youth Center in Miami Beach.

Before becoming a coach, David was a nationally ranked figure skater who trained with notable Olympic competitors and coaches. His skating career included performances with Disney on Ice and Ice Creative Entertainment on various global stages. David remains dedicated to the sport, continually updating his knowledge through educational programs and professional conferences. He holds a level III ranking and PSA rating, along with CPR and First Aid certification. As a coach, his primary goal is to instill confidence, maximize potential, and nurture a deep love for figure skating while ensuring a fun experience for his students.
